A special Women’s Day edition dedicated to creativity, self-connection, and celebrating ourselves in all our forms..

In this workshop, led by Dorottya Rák, a certified clinical psychologyst, we create a supportive space to reflect on the roles, expectations, and patterns that often shape how we see ourselves as women. Instead of comparison or rivalry, we seek to discover those who planted our roots, those who support us in the present, and those who reflect the longings that lead us into the future. This experience invites you to reconnect with your real needs, strengthen self-acceptance, and find new ways to feel more comfortable and free in your own skin. Through guided conversation, self-reflection, and visualization exercises, we gently explore how we can live more authentically while supporting one another in a warm, open circle.

After this inner journey, we move into a grounding and playful creative experience with clay. You’ll handbuild your own ceramic mug, shaping and decorating it in your personal style. Participants can choose to create a classic mug or add sculpted, body-positive details inspired by the female form,  a lighthearted and empowering celebration of our bodies. This is entirely optional, and all creative directions are welcome.

IMPORTANT: the workshop will be held in Hungarian 🇭🇺

What to Expect?

  • A guided self-reflection session led by psychologist Dorottya Rák, exploring female roles, expectations, and self-acceptance in a safe, supportive atmosphere. Through conversation and visualization exercises, we reconnect with our inner voice, strengthen self-acceptance, and build a supportive circle where women inspire rather than compare themselves to one another.

  • Pottery Handbuilding Experience - After the reflective session, we move

into a grounding clay experience where you’ll create your own ceramic mug. Choose a classic design or add playful, body-positive details inspired by the female form — entirely optional, and all creative directions are welcome.
