In this workshop, we set out to explore your emotions and inner world. Together, we’ll look at how your nervous system works, what awakens anxiety within you, and how you can lean on your inner resources.
Guided self-reflection and relaxation will lead into a ceramic painting session, where color, pattern, and gentle repetition help quiet the mind and release tension. The piece you decorate will be more than just an object – it will become a daily reminder of the safety and strength that already lives inside you.
The self-discovery part of the workshop will be led by Dorottya Rák, a certified clinical psychologyst.
What to Expect?
- Self-reflection exercises and guided conversation with a psychologist, exploring where anxiety lives within us, what brings it to life, and how we can influence it. We’ll talk and reflect on the nervous system, personality development, and our inner resources.
- Relaxation practices to strengthen inner peace
- Ceramic painting workshop - choose your piece and paint your own meaningful design, accompanied by a mantra your create during the psychology session
- A supportive circle and inspiring atmosphere
- Learn handbuilding basics – shaping, smoothing, and refining your clay creation.
- We handle the glazing and kiln firing – so your final masterpiece is food-safe and durable.
- A candlelit, cozy atmosphere – perfect for slowing down and connecting with your creative side.

How Much Does it Cost?
💰 45 EUR (18.000 Ft) – which includes:
- Self-discovery & relaxation session led by a psychologist
- Different types of ceramic pieces to choose from, tools, and 25 + colors for painting
- Glazing and professional kiln firing (4–6 weeks processing time)
Important Note About Ceramic Firing:
While all ceramics are fired with care at high temperatures, please note that cracks or breakage may occasionally occur during the firing process. These are natural risks of working with ceramics, and we cannot take responsibility for such incidents. In these cases, we are unable to offer a refund for the workshop. By purchasing the workshop, you agree to these terms and conditions.
