IMPORTANT: the workshop will be held in Hungarian 🇭🇺

In this workshop, led by Dorottya Rák, a certified clinical psychologist, we create a supportive space to explore the topic of boundaries — how we set them, where we struggle with them, and how they shape our relationships with ourselves and others.

Together, we gently reflect on the patterns, expectations, and inner beliefs that may make it difficult to say no, take up space, or honor our own needs. Through guided conversation, self-reflection, and practical exercises, this experience invites you to reconnect with your inner voice, recognize your limits, and begin shaping boundaries that feel safe, authentic, and empowering.

This is not about building walls, but about learning how to create space — space where you can feel more grounded, more free, and more yourself.

The self-discovery part of the workshop will be led by Dorottya Rák, a certified clinical psychologyst.

After this inner work, we move into a grounding and playful creative experience with clay. You’ll handbuild your own ceramic jewelry holder, shaping it slowly with intention, marking it with your own mantra — exploring what it means to hold, contain, and create space with your hands.

What to Expect?

  • Self-reflection exercises: a psychologist-led experience focused on boundaries, self-awareness, and personal space. Through conversation and gentle exercises, we explore how to recognize and communicate our needs, and how to build healthier, more supportive inner and outer boundaries
  • Pottery workshop - a calming, tactile creative session where you’ll shape your own ceramic jewelry holder. This process becomes a quiet continuation of the inner work — grounding, intuitive, and deeply personal.
  • A supportive circle and inspiring atmosphere
  • Learn handbuilding basics – shaping, smoothing, and refining your clay creation.
  • We handle the glazing and kiln firing – so your final masterpiece is food-safe and durable.
